The Developers of The Residences at Park and Bryan

MartyWhite.net Development Company is the combination of two companies, MartyWhite Design Group and Southern Traditions Builders.

In 1997, Marty White began Southern Traditions Designs after having consecutively managed the residential design divisions of two architectural firms in Greenwood, SC.  The new firm quickly entered into homebuilding in 1999, focusing on upper-end homes.

Expanding into the Myrtle Beach, SC area brought about the establishment of Marty White Design Group in 2004, as the firm grew into a  home design and development consulting firm.  The original firm was renamed Southern Traditions Builders, and continued building homes in Myrtle Beach and Greenwood, SC.

Marty modified the businesses in 2007, at the onset of the real estate decline that began that year, and formed MartyWhite.net Development Company.  This parent company combined all facets of homebuilding in which the firm practices - home design, development consulting and restructuring, homebuilding, stock house plan publications and interiors.

MartyWhite.net Development Company has engaged in several restructuring projects over the years, working with struggling or failed developers geared towards putting their housing developments back on track.  The Residences at Park and Bryan is MartyWhite.net's first full start-up development project, co-developed with project partner, Park Street Baptist Church.
