The Residences at Park and Bryan - Phase- 3, The Rembert Street Project, is a custom design/build residential development, partnered between MartyWhite.net Development Company and Elmwood Park resident and Realtor John Gibson.  Phase– 3, The Rembert Street Project, is comprised of 5- buildable home lots and 3- existing renovation homes.

It is the Developer's intent that homes within this development be CUSTOM DESIGNED by MartyWhite.net Development Company, or SELECTED from the plan library within this website. 

Every home within The Residences at Park and Bryan   shall be designed and built exclusively by the developer, MartyWhite.net Development Company (all rights reserved), and shall be required to assume a level of sustainability, implementing select GREEN principles of which the firm currently practices.

Existing renovation homes are available for preview, and are available for customizing, per the client.  Ask a Residences at Park and Bryan   sales associate or your Realtor for details.
