The Residences at Park and Bryan   is a custom design/build residential development.  Phase– 2 is comprised of  smaller courtyard single-family lots within a planned development.  Phase-2 lots are expected to be available for sale in the Spring of 2011.  Click here to see the large SITE PLAN.

It is the Developer's intent that homes within this Phase-2 development be SELECTED from the plan library within this website, shown below. 

Every home within The Residences at Park and Bryan   shall be designed and built exclusively by the developer, MartyWhite.net Development Company (all rights reserved), and shall be required to assume a level of sustainability, implementing select GREEN principles of which the firm currently practices.

The Residences at Park and Bryan   property is under the purview of the City of Columbia D/DRC (Design/Development Review Commission).  This purview means that all house and site design must be reviewed and achieve approval from the Commission prior to beginning construction.  This act is in effort to continue the character, charm and appeal of the Elmwood Park community.
